To build the System of National Education is such embodying educational system as a tenacious and authoritative social institution for empowering every Indonesian citizen to grow up to be qualified human being so that be able and pro-actively responding a challenge of changing ages. Through this national educational system, hopefully, all people of Indonesia will be struggling for their life, self-improving and together building their social community.
